Aerosol fire extinguisher fixed and install
1. Aerosol fire extinguisher fixed and install way
The aerosol fire extinguishing device is fixed by adding a bracket to the device shell, and can be fixed on the wall, beam, and building surface by means of the bracket and bolts. The gas nozzle of the fire extinguishing device needs to be kept unobstructed, and there should be no obstacles 0.05 meters in front. There should be no combustibles within 0.02 meters around the device.
2. Position and Direction
The condensed aerosol fire suppression is usually installed on the ceiling of the protected area or close to the ceiling, and the angle is adjusted so that the gas release port faces the floor to ensure that the fire extinguishing gas can be evenly distributed in a short period of time to achieve the effect of total flooding and extinguishing. When installing on the wall, it is recommended to install at a vertical angle of 15°~30°
When multiple hot aerosol fire extinguishing devices are installed in the same protection area, they must be evenly distributed in the protection area according to the height requirements to ensure that the fire extinguishing gas can completely cover the entire protection area.
If the protection space is higher than 3.7 meters, the protection area shall be layered vertically, and the hot aerosol fire extinguishing device shall be evenly distributed on each layer according to the number of layers.

3. Installation steps

① Mounting bracket: Fasten the fixed bracket to the wall, ceiling or other supports by bolts. Check the surrounding environment to ensure that the fire extinguishing device will not be displaced under external force.
② Check the fire extinguishing device: remove the fire extinguishing device from the cargo box and check whether the appearance is complete. If the appearance is damaged or the electrical circuit is broken, please stop installing the fire extinguishing device. The activation method is an active fire extinguishing device. Before installation, it is necessary to measure whether the positive and negative poles of the fire extinguisher are in the path; the feedback function needs to measure whether the positive and negative poles are open circuit, otherwise, please stop installing the fire extinguishing device.
③ Install the fire extinguishing device: open the fixed bracket, position the fixed bracket in the bracket groove on the surface of the fire extinguishing device, and fasten it with the anti-loosening bolt.
④Inspection: Check and ensure that the spout of the fire extinguishing device is kept unobstructed and free of obstructions. Avoid the spout of the fire extinguishing device facing the wall, ceiling or vertical surface of the protection object.
4. Wiring
a. For the fire extinguishing device with passive starting mode, it is necessary to check the integrity of the wiring harness before laying the fire detection harness. If there is a disconnection, please stop installing the fire extinguishing device. Usually the fire detection harness is laid on the ceiling of the protected area or the special part in the protected area that is prone to fire and the normal working temperature is less than 160℃, and is fixed with a special wire clip and quick tie (or bolt). When multiple fire extinguishing devices are installed in the protection area, the fire detection harness of each fire extinguishing device needs to be connected in series through a specific linkage joint.
b. The fire extinguishing device with active starting method needs to confirm that the power has been cut off before wiring, and connect all electrical circuits to the terminal of the fire extinguishing device. When multiple fire extinguishing devices are installed in the protection area, the fire extinguishing devices must be connected to the control host or connected in parallel.
